Silversun Pickups New Single/Video
This SSPU track is probably one of the better songs to come out in quite a while. Actually I'd say that about the entire 'Carnavas' CD but I would probably be lambasted by hipsters from L.A. to Williamsburgh for being too late. You know what tho... screw them and their silly hair. Check out a badass song right here...

I Bet You Look Good On the Dance Floor:
Karen O. Cries Real Tears
If you’ve seen the Yeah Yeah Yeahs video for their hit song “Maps,” then you know that singer Karen O. gets a little teary eyed in the clip. Karen explains to NME: “They were real tears. My boyfriend at the time was supposed to come to the shoot – he was three hours late and I was just about to leave for tour. I didn’t think he was going to come and this was the song that was written for him. He eventually showed up and I got myself in a real emotional state.” Her boyfriend at the time was Angus Andrew of the Liars.
Keep your eyes open (and tearless) for The Yeah Yeah Yeahs new release. An EP titled Is Is will be released on July 24th.
Update: Here's the video for the single, Is Is. The clip was shot in nightvision in the Yeah's hometown of Brooklyn, NY.
Moz on Letterman
OK... Since you wont be seeing Morrissey live in the NYC area anytime soon, we decided to post the now infamous Letterman appearance for you. This is apparently where li'l Steven hurt his voice, which then led to his canceling a bunch of area dates.
Damn crooners...
